We know credibility matters, so here’s ours without the corporate-speak.
Between us, we’ve worked at large corporates such as Goldman Sachs and AXA, advised governments, led transformation programmes across sectors and countries like India and Kenya, and built (and sold) award-winning businesses—twice. We’ve also designed biodiversity for business projects that actually won awards, guided future-focused initiatives like Future Stewards, and somewhere along the way, managed to squeeze in an Oxford degree—oh, and a stint as a private investigator.
But impressive titles don’t drive change – people do. We bring together the right people, the right methods, and the right questions to help teams embrace uncertainty, think differently, and take meaningful action.
Our modus operandi?Â
Be bold. Be Curious. Embrace the grey. Collaborate. Share knowledge. Take action. Seek out diversity of thought.
Impact Amplified isn’t just us—we work with a trusted network of interdisciplinary partners, bringing together specialists from different fields to make sure each challenge gets the expertise it needs. From systems thinkers to behavioural scientists, climate strategists to innovation facilitators, we build teams tailored to the challenge at hand. Here are some of the diverse minds we collaborate with:
We take diversity of thought seriously, and our youth advisory board is the perfect embodiment of that! They’re all about thinking outside of the box and bringing a fresh perspective to the table. Plus, trying to explain your strategy to a 5-year-old can be a fun and enlightening experience, it’ll make you see things in a whole new light!
We need to achieve a sustainable balance of meeting the needs of both people and planet and not focusing on one to the detriment of the other – harmonising people, planet and prosperity.
When considering business sustainability we look at how the firm (positively or negatively) impacts our Earth system and society (inside-out), and how our Earth system and society may (positively or negatively) impact a firm’s ability to achieve its objectives (outside-in).
