Are you looking to ignite inspiration and turn ideas into action?
Our series of 1-day programmes provides a foundational understanding of the nine planetary boundaries – the environmental limits we must respect to avoid putting our societies and economies at risk.
Each programme is designed through a business lens, stimulating innovative thinking and helping you drive the shift towards a regenerative future.

Using strategic foresight methods, this programme provides a structured way to navigate the complexities of transitioning from current systems, which are in decline or unsustainable, toward more innovative, regenerative solutions. It equips individuals and teams to balance the tension between short-term demands and long-term aspirations by identifying immediate challenges, exploring emerging opportunities, and envisioning transformative pathways.
This approach helps participants distinguish between innovations that inadvertently sustain the status quo and those that pave the way toward a more sustainable future. Crucially, emphasising the inclusion of diverse voices and the creation of more collaborative relationships, recognising that meaningful transformation can only happen when all perspectives are actively engaged.
The programme runs over 4 weeks and combines live workshops, peer to peer sessions, and individual work, allowing you to apply the lessons directly to your own challenge.
Business leaders today face a world where global challenges like climate change, biodiversity loss, freshwater scarcity, and social unrest are deeply interconnected. These urgent issues, coupled with growing pressure from clients, employees, and governments, are reshaping how businesses must operate and lead.
To stay effective, leaders need to embrace solutions that directly address these challenges, ensuring they drive sustainable, long-term change rather than settling for temporary fixes that inadvertently maintain the ‘business as usual’ approach. Our capacity-building consultancy services are designed to help you navigate this complexity, equipping your team with the strategies and tools to lead with purpose and resilience, ensuring lasting success long after our engagement ends.

NHS Net Zero Supplier Programme: Working with NHS suppliers to co-create sustainability solutions. Our workshops and multi-month programmes foster collaboration, allowing SME suppliers to meet existing requirements while preparing for future sustainability challenges. Research commissioned by OVO Energy found that one less unnecessary email per day could save 16,433 tonnes of carbon a year – equivalent to 81,152 flights to Madrid – so we promise you’ll only receive our newsletter, nothing more.
We need to achieve a sustainable balance of meeting the needs of both people and planet and not focusing on one to the detriment of the other – harmonising people, planet and prosperity.
When considering business sustainability we look at how the firm (positively or negatively) impacts our Earth system and society (inside-out), and how our Earth system and society may (positively or negatively) impact a firm’s ability to achieve its objectives (outside-in).
